Our villa is located in Kissimmee, Florida and is ideally situated approx. 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World, 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport and within easy reach of all major attractions.

Cypress Villa has over 2000 sq. ft of accommodation and
with four spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, will accommodate
up to 10 guests ( 8 in 4 bedrooms plus 2 on sofa-bed downstairs).
The fully equipped kitchen includes cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal etc. There is also a utility closet with large capacity automatic washer and tumble dryer. All bed linen and towels etc. are provided for you. |

Cable TV. and Stereo Hi-fi are installed for your entertainment. along with a Play station 2 + games and a Computer equipped with DVD recorder, Media Card reader and Colour Printer. For the musician in the party, we even have a full size electronic organ in the dining area!

The house is fully air
conditioned and patio doors at the rear of the property
lead to an enclosed 30 x 15 foot solar heated swimming

This is our own villa, which means 'What You See - Is What You Rent', unlike some other advertisers, where you may end up in something totally different to the pictures you were shown!
For the convenience of guests with
young children, we have also installed a cot, highchair and buggy
at the house. There is no
extra charge for these items.
